Rental Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Major credit/debit card*
• Passport (Foreign Nationals)
• 21 years of age. Drivers aged 21 - 24 are subject to a $25/day - $35/day young driver surcharge
• Clean driving record
• Contracted Rate Benefits - one free additional driver (save $12.99 per day for spouse or other additional driver)

Approved Credit Cards

Base rates do not include optional insurance, taxes, the Vehicle Licensing fee, the applicable Airport Concession Recovery Fee and the Hawaii Highway Revenue surcharge ($3/day). Renters will be responsible for all charges directly to the rental location.

Daily rentals are based on a 24 hour period. Weekly rates are based on 6 or 7 consecutive days rental on one island only.

DEBIT CARDS: Debit cards must have the Visa or MasterCard logo on the card. The renter must show proof of round trip travel ticket. Debit cards are NOT accepted from Same City/Island Renters or young drivers (ages 21-24).

Age Requirements: Qualified renters shall be at least 21 years of age. Renters under the age of 25 will be assessed a $25.00 per day surcharge on economy through full-size cars and $35.00 per day surcharge on premium, luxury, SUV, jeeps, convertibles, and mini-vans. Over Stay Charges: Rates are based on a 24 hour rental period. If a customer extends the rental any time after the vehicle has been picked up at the rental location, a fee of $10.99 per day will be assessed in addition to any applicable charges.

All rentals are subject to Alamo's standard terms and conditions in effect on the rental date.
